Diana and Vincent’s Lake Placid Lodge wedding was everything you would dream a winter wonderland might be. It was nothing short of a snowy dream come true. This New York City couple embodies all things classic and warm, even in the winter snow.
A timely snow storm laid the perfect backdrop for an even more perfect day. The entire lodge was covered in a blanket of white. There is something especially magical about photographing in the snow.
The word that kept coming to mind throughout this entire wedding was “intimate”. Everything from the couple, to the venue, and even the guests had a certain sense of intimacy. Weddings like this are rare and special.
Diana and Vincent have the sweetest little girl who made the most precious flower girl. She was all dolled up and as cute as can be. Photographing them as a family was so much fun! Their daughter was beaming with joy throughout the entire day.
Diana was graced with intricate details from head to toe. I was blown away by how it all came together! Her icicle earrings and studded Louboutins made her look like a true snow queen. She practically glided down the aisle. She was the most stunning bride.
The ceremony was small and personal. Vincent was overwhelmed with emotions just from looking at his gorgeous bride. As their friends and family intently watched, it was as if Diana and Vincent were the only two in the room. The way they were locked in on each other was mesmerizing.
This wedding was one for the books! The details, the setting, and everything in between made it a perfect day. I loved getting to be a part of it. As both their friend and photographer, nothing makes me happier than seeing Diana and Vincent so happy!
